Shipping
Due to the cost and complexity of shipping heavy chemicals, we only offer shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. If you need shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the US, please email us at orders@dgpworks.com.
DGP primarily utilizes the services of UPS for delivery to the address you provide while ordering of most items under 100 pounds (lbs). Heavier items may ship via truck freight line to minimize your cost. We will promptly contact you with truck freight cost.
Most Products are in stock and will ship within two (2) business days. "Business day" is defined as Monday – Friday, during the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Eastern, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 pm may require an additional day. Occasionally, because of stock issues, delivery times may be affected.
If you require delivery by a given date, please contact Customer Service at (855) BIO-OILS (246-6457) before ordering. We cannot guarantee that products will be delivered by the estimated delivery date due to potential obstacles outside our control, but we will do everything possible to deliver products by the estimated time. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products.
Upon signature for the receipt of the products at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock at the time of the order, it will be placed on "backorder" status. Backorders will be shipped within 2 business days of replenished inventory.
Customers may cancel backorders at any time prior to receiving an advanced shipment notice. Once a shipment notice has been provided, the order may not be cancelled.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is submitted it typically cannot be cancelled. Because of our commitment to deliver orders as quickly as possible, our warehouses are immediately notified to pick your order for shipment once the checkout process is completed.
