Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only verified damaged product, through a signed POD from the shipping carrier or pictures showing the damage, will qualify for consideration.

After validation, DGP will replace damaged product at no cost.

Refunds

DGP does not offer refunds at this time.

Returns

DGP does not accept returns for any reason.
