MEET THE FOUNDER
I’ve always been fascinated by how rarely we question the things we use every day. We fall into habits, trust what’s familiar, and over time the default becomes the standard, whether it’s the best option or not. That never sat right with me.
About 10 years ago, I walked past someone using a chainsaw to cut down a fence. The fumes were strong, oil was spraying off the chain, and it kept jamming. It was a small moment, but it made me stop and ask: is there a better way to make lubricants that are safer for operators and the environment?
As I dug deeper, I found that despite the fact that plants can outperform petroleum on many key measures, 99% of lubricants are still petroleum-based.
DGP was born.

Our goal is to make bio-based lubricants the industry standard, not the alternative. Not because they are more sustainable, but because they perform better, are safer for the operators doing the work, and 100% made in America. Following several years of R&D and several product iterations, we’re finally ready to bring our products to the world.
After spending nearly three decades in sales and marketing roles across the electronics, industrial and semiconductor industries, I’ve learned that small decisions, made consistently, can create real, measurable impact. I’ve also learned that meaningful change doesn’t have to be complicated.
DGP is built upon these beliefs.

Every product we develop is designed to set a new industry standard. Our total-loss lubricants are plant-based and made from American-grown soy—so every gallon directly supports American farmers.
I’m a husband of 16 years, father of three, and spend much of my free time outdoors hunting, fishing and camping. If you’re ever in Houston drop me a line and we’ll grab a beer or drop by the office with a Five Guys burger and my day gets better.
I hope you will come join the Seed-to-Steel movement.
